Really enjoyed my stay there. Staff were amazing. Very clean. Would highly recommend. Close to all amenities by car or by foot.
Rooms are clean. The lobby is huge and a lot of areas to sit and it always smells great. The Wendel Clark restaurant is decent. Now that they have finally completed the renos. My preferred stay in GP now. It is close to so many amenities. The staff are well trained and super friendly.
As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease at this property. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and my room was quiet with blackout blinds for a restful sleep. I loved the modern, bright lobby and the inviting “library” lounge area for relaxing or catching up on emails. The breakfast was excellent, with friendly staff and plenty of options. The hotel’s location near shopping and dining made everything super convenient.
Quiet corridors and modern touches throughout the hotel made our stay so restful. The staff was incredibly courteous — they even offered bottled water at check-in. Room was spotless and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.
I stayed here for a week with my crew, and the hotel made our extended stay feel comfortable and convenient. The new restaurant renovation is shaping up to be a great addition-looking forward to trying it soon.
The hotel and staff went the extra mile to welcome and serve my wife and I on our small anniversary getaway, They graciously upgraded our room to their best suite and surprised us with a cheese cake dessert. Thank you for helping make our special day even better!
My family and I really enjoyed our three-night stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and there were towels ready every time we went. The front desk gave us great advice on local pizza spots and were quick with extra pillows. Breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a great touch.
This is my favourite hotel to stay at in Grande Prairie. Spacious rooms, a pool and hot tub that open up early and are open late. As well as a great restaurant on site. But the best part about this hotel is the friendly staff that are always there to welcome me, especially Grace and Ally who always provide such wonderful service
